It sucked with no cable TV and WiFi

Room so nice, however....

No Cable TV in the entire building my whole stay.. After the third day the WiFi went out and the staff would promise tomorrow but tomorrow never came.. I do want compensation for you guys having me book with them... Not a happy camper at all...

Decent stay for a cheap price

Cheap price, comfortable beds

Almost no equipment in the apartment (cutlery, mugs, hairdryer, etc.), not very clean, credit cards are not accepted (only cash)

The MAKE UP ROOM sign is not reliable, even you hang the sign, it's useless because they didn't clean the room. The drain was clogged, I don't have the chance to take a bath the last day we had there.

We couldn't connect with the holster before arrival, because the telephone number written in Booking was wrong.

I like that there was ample space inside the unit.

I like that there was ample space inside the unit. I liked the pool and the small gym. The location is very good. There's a bar and fastfood, 7/11 just less than a mile from the building. Very nice staff. Especially after I had checked out. The beds were very comfy... I like the wide window next to the bed. The internet connection was superb!!! All in all... It is still worth the money!!! My experience could be an isolated case.

When I got there, the water wasn't on. I had to look for a red valve under the sink and found that it opens the water to the bathroom. I got back after a few hours and had just found out that the bidet was leaking!!! The mat got soaked and bathroom floor was wet. I had to keep turning off the valve everytime I want to flush the toilet or wash my hands on the sink. There was only a shampoo in there. No bath soap. Also, the electric kettle. Had plastic taste to it when I made my coffee. Tv doesnt work. For some reason, only 1 channel was working. They had an electric stove but I guess you had to ask them for the pans and spatula? They only had glasses and plates.

The bed itself and the comfort room

Dust everywhere as if no one cleaned the room for a long time. Good thing the bed was clean. Additional fee for the stove and other kitchen utensils. Upon booking, a note about the additonal fee should've been indicated.

Great room in a good location

All about this hotel is really great, beginning with a great location right in the city of Metro Manila following with a spacious-clean room, which includes a kitchen and fridge to help to feel like home. Highly recommendable for any kind of trip. You will love this place!

Bed sheet shakedown

It was a duplex with an kitchenette but zero equipment

The deposit scam and embrassing there guest the reciptionist shouted to one couple bloodstains on sheet the maid has a smart phone and sends the pic to reciptionist. They tried it on me as I was suffering from a cold and must have sneeze during my sleep. Just find this unacceptable sure for burns and coffee I get it.i suggest concentrate on ensuring you guests have a pleasant stay rather than shaking them down on check out

Nice place for vacation

My friend found this place on the website and decided to book it just for a short staycation. After we went shopping in Greenhills (which is near the place), we checked-in a bit late, good thing their front desk is open 24 hours! *whew*. Had a good sleep, the bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and the bed was big and comfortable. We used the swimming pool the next morning to relax. Planning to go back here with my family!

Exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable

Great location. Exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable - home from home. Met my full expectations and just goes to show that paying a few dollars more is definitely money well spent. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again - very peaceful and quiet

The only cons is that the room have no cable yet, but it is not a problem since we did not check-in to watch TV.
